Yes a timely reminder - lest we forget- and in our times it seems like we might forget , so attached have we become to the machine!!- the sheer 'awe' to be found inside the covers of a book

Very nicely composed with equally nice presentation. I started going to the library at a very early age. Books always held temptation for me. My grandsons are avid readers, too, as were my kids. Good message in your poem. Marilyn

Oh, imagination most certainly is a precious gift, and while in some ways children seem so much more advanced than we were at a young age, I often wonder how much we cultivate that gift of imagination anymore with all the technology used by kids these days... What a thought-provoking poem for the times! Good luck in the contest! (or am I too late? ...sigh...)

A well-written tetractys poem with a very important message. Reading books as much as you can. You can learn a lot, and your imagination will get wings.

This form of poetry seems so hard to do. But I took
an inventory of your piece and you did it. I'm glad to
see that I put this piece up to a blue ribbon category.

A really nice Tetractys poem. I love how you choose to write it about books because with books one could learn a lot and with books there is no limit to your imagination. Well written, good luck!

I loved the artwork . It went very well with the poem. The words were well chosen and flowed together sending the message of the poem to the reader. I think you completed the challenge of this contest well.
