Oh this is so sweet, I loved the author notes as well. I have held a few long distance romances in my life they are so hard to deal with. none of them ever lasted. except for me and my husband who was deployed for four months shortly after we got married.

I am sorry it took so long for me to reply P. On this Veteran's Day I will say to you thank you for YOUR service...for being the loving wife while he served. Too many times wives are never thanked.

Thank you for your kind gesture. We actually both served. I was Army and he was Air Force. I had just finished my tour when I met my husband. Don't worry about the time frame. It will take me a few days to get to the reviews of my latest post also. This is my first week of working two jobs and I'm exhausted.
