Hi Solessjo. Ah, nice and smooth. The waters of indifference is my favorite concept. The idea that regardless how good of swimmers we might be to navigate the waters of life, we may not entirely be in control. Good luck and cheers.

This sea of life poem is effective for conveying life as swimming in an ocean only to flounder and sink. Your swimming imagery was vivid and your sinking imagery was devastating, because I so wanted you to make it to wherever you your going. "Is there no bottom to my sadness?" Thank you for sharing this free verse poem.
