Great work - glad to see it in the classified formatting. Although you could have kept it going in the heaven one (ie..clr bl skies) The names are great. The free AC/heat are clever notes.

Ooh, this is very good! Wickedly descriptive, clearly spelled out dwelling places. The basement apartment doesn't seem to have much to offer, unless you're crazy about heat! Take the penthouse. :-) Creative!
