The two poems sure were along the same lines of thought. Very nicely done, nice imagery and soft tone. We need more people to see it our way, don't we.;o] Well done, great photograph also (did you take that photo?)

Is that one of your paintings?? This is a beautiful poem and there you go, beauty is all around us. Especially in the words that we use to paint the picture that we see. It is so easy to get absorbed in the hustle of life that we forget to look at the beauty that is there every moment of each day. Even in the roughest storms, if we stop and look at what beauty lies around us, that storm will not be so difficult. The beauty in the innocense of my 3 year old, or the beauty in the arrogance of my 15 year old who knows everything. I love your poem and your picture.

Is that one of your paintings?? This is a beautiful poem and there you go, beauty is all around us. Especially in the words that we use to paint the picture that we see. It is so easy to get absorbed in the hustle of life that we forget to look at the beauty that is there every moment of each day. This was great, expressions of beauty that can be found everywhere if one is too just LOOK. Sometimes people never bother to LOOK and wind up missing out on what is truly beautiful.

Beauty is a poem about how beauty can be seen or felt in countless places where we might not expect it: in death, in nature, people who are experiencing any number of conditions through daily living, etc. I especially enjoy these lovely lines:
"Beauty knows no bounds.
It is in the eyes of the wounded soul
With one hope left."
In the above lines you say how beauty is virtually everywhere, and can be found in the eyes of a hurt person who has only but one lingering hope in his or her soul. I admire how you express the endless possibilities where beauty can be seen or felt. You have a talent and insight for describing lofty thoughts in a form of poetry.
