There are many responsible gun owners out there. What the US needs to do is enforce the laws we have and don't allow those who don't meet the requirements access to those guns. Thank you for the wonderfully written poems

The trouble is how does one police the hearts of men or children who hate and have the best available weapons to destroy as many as they want? As capital punishment doesn't stop murder, law enforcement doesn't stop crime, the guns must go. There's stabbings here, but one is limited in killing with knives, don't you see Barbara, I understand your difficulty. But when kids are dying in schools because of guns, one life is too many, we don't have any shootings in schools.
But bless you, you are a lovely, gentle person, but so many aren't, we have awful people here as well, bless you girl, HNY.

Greed drives the gun manufacturer's to manipulate politics in their favor with little or no regard for the lives lost and families destroyed by grief because of the reckless use of guns. In our country, so many have automatic weapons and declare themselves hunter.... what pray are they hunting? Instead children and others are mowed down by the bullets.
it's past the stage of sad....

Roy,

This is a great subject to bring up. Too many children die in school shootings. I don't understand the mentality of the person doing the shooting. I am an advocate for people being allowed to own guns. Every one blames the gun, but it's the person. You could ban guns, but the criminals are still going to find a way to get them.

Yes, we struggle here in the U.S. with guns that fall into the hands of the wrong people. Sadly, we had another school shooting last week, this one in a Christian school, by a student who shot himself after killing and wounding others. The violence is so senseless. Thanks for sharing. Ciao, this describes the situation in Gaza...

The Holy Land where Jesus was born is drenched in blood.

Not even on Christmas Day did the IDF stop the bombing.

42,000 dead , 17,000 were children have been killed since the start of the war.

And now the population is being starved on purpose.

Doctors who have been to Gaza , have reported once back in America how the IDF does not allow meds to enter.

Water and electricity has been cut off.

Food is rotten on trucks that have been denied entry into Gaza

I know what happened on the 7th of October 2023 was horrific but the killing in Gaza of innocent children must stop.

The world turns a blind eye but God hears their cries and sees them die.

Zionist Netanyahu will not escape God's judgment.
