It sounds as if Eve has good reason to be afraid of Abraham. He does seem rather scary. The suggestion that Oliver is forgiving doesn't sound right. I still suspect he had more to do with Danielle's parents' deaths than her brother. The last sentence doesn't make sense.

I'm so pleased we got to the bottom of Eve's anxiety because I kept thinking you were going to leave us in suspense again:) This is a great chapter that kept me hooked all the way through. I'm now delighted that Danielle's got an ally and has admitted what her aim is. This is now giving the story more momentum which is very pleasing. Take care Debbie

I surely hope they can trust Eve. I want all of them safe. It will be very interesting to see what comes next. I can't wait to read more. This is very well written.

I wouldn't think Mary and Oliver would welcome Abraham back. Your story is fascinating. I wouldn't have thought Eve would be willing to leave. I'm not there is anyone in this group you can really trust. I'm hoping you'll soon let us know what Mary said to Collum to make him cry.

Another great chapter, Jacob! It appears Eve has shared her story about Abraham and is now willing to help Danielle and Callum...and find a way out. That might not be as easy as they think.
welcome him in back.
I didn't really take note of anything else but this caught my attention at the end.
Smiles, Carol
