Every law inforcement agency need an eavesdropping ghost that can listen in without being seen. Danna is valuable and has a good heart to want to help the waitress. I'm behind and I may have missed a chapter here and there but I still enjoying the stoory.

I really don't know how Eleanor's conversation with Jenna is going to pan out, she has already suffered so much I wonder just how much more she can take. I think Eleanor knows just how difficult it's going to be. Another excellent chapter, Carol, I really enjoyed it.

You are a master of details and description. I was spellbound when you described the helicopter landing with paramedics in tactical gear lifting Donatelli onto a stretcher. The stockroom scene and conversation was exceptional as you tied loose ends together. Now that Danni has Crystal who overheard everything, Garth and his team will have all sorts of leads to follow.
Really, this should be on Netflix.

Gradually drawing in on enough evidence to possibly make a stand and with Crystal as a witness of sorts. But if I know the writer, we're only getting started. :-) Thanks for sharing.

Wow, Donatelli is on his way to a hospital and Danni has figured out most of what's going on with this crime ring. Then she rescued Crystal. Now that she has seen his watch, she can piece together the pieces of what's happened to Donatelli. Garth has kind of taken a back seat in all of this, letting his team and Danni collect the clues. Good chapter! Have a blessed weekend. Carol

You go girl. If they can really secure Crystal plus gather evidence of the scam going down...
Personally I would be on the radio getting a swat team there to hit the place.

I'm so dumb. I was reading your book last night and I was confused how Donatelli was upright and healthy. Then it dawned on me it was a different book vs this one. I need to keep it together. ha,ha.

She has said the words that prove Matthew wasn't the murderer of the other man in the boot. (trunk? I can't remember what you call it in America.)
Not only can she prove what happened, Matthew is safe, at last, in the safe hands of Frank, a criminal with a heart of gold. (when it comes to Eleanor)
Now she has to tell the others what's going on. And Garth can't moan at her, he never gave her a chance to tell him when she tried. This is speeding up nicely, Carol, fast but not too fast that it makes it rushed in the story sense. Well done, my friend. Love you lots, Sandra xxx
