Roy,

You've written another stellar story. I love the way this poems flows. A testament of God's love through all of our sin. He gives us free will and never ask for a thing. He knows that through thick or thin he will have our back and we may never know him even when we need him. God is a mighty God, he loves us unconditionally. Another great poem.

Cecilia

Do the poems come easily to you or is it a struggle? Personally, for me I have to have a passioin or I fail.

This is beautiful poem of faith and as always Roy presented so professionally with lovely imagery and most of all, the message within is something many readers will relate to. I love that you feel God always has your back is basically your best friend, it's such a lovely thing to have such strong faith and love in God. Well done!
Best Wishes
Nicki

a powerful and moving poem about experiencing God's love through his son Jesus Christ. I don't share your faith or beliefs, but you expressed it very well in this poem.

What a comforting theme, we are always God's child. My parents have passed on as well and it is uplifting to know we still have a parent who cares for us. "god never spurns, yet He loves" is a powerful line that reminds the reader of His love and presence. Excellent faith based poem that is positive and speaks to the reader.

This is an important piece to remind us that God is always there for us, and even though there are times when we may feel as though we are on our own, God is always there. Another excellent, spiritual piece, Roy. I enjoyed reading it.

Hi Roy, this is a beautiful poem. I like how you tell he is always with us day and night. He is our friend. Also the words: he desires my friendship is so endearing. Well written. Great jo

"He's never ever failed menu" - not sure what this means. I know what an American menu is, but that doesn't seem to fit here.

There's a saying, "One cannot be all things to all people", yet you talk of One who can: my savior, hero, brother, Lord, friend . . .

A true declaration of your love for God. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Roy,

This brought me to my knees. So lovely and comforting that I can wrap myself in your words because they are from God the Father and Jesus Christ. We are His children and that feels so right. His love is all around us all the time. We are hungry and He feeds us, we are lonely and He comforts us, we are lost and he finds us.

Beautiful poem, Roy, as is your quotes from the KJV after the poem. Thanks for sharing daily with us.

Ciao,

Yes God loves his children and he is there for us 24/7.

He sent His Son who died for us so we could hope to earn eternal life.

Our celestial Father must be very sad to see His children kill in his name.

God must be sad to see women turn their wombs into tombs.

God must be sad to see us trash exploit our home world , His gift to us.

God was right without his guidance we are lost.

I feel His presence when I take a walk in my pine forest and I speak to Him.

I know I'm not alone.
