I'm so glad Danielle got to talk to Noah and that she had the guts to go do it after all that had happened. She's a strong woman!
We get to see a little deeper into what Noah thinks happened to her parents, but I'm afraid he'll have to pay for doing so.
Callum seems to be pulled down the rabbit hole because of Eve. Don't bite that apple, Adam.
Great job, fully engaging.
Take care and thanks for the support,
Rhonda

This is tantalizing progress. Noah sure seems to knows much more about Oliver than Danielle can identify just yet. I thought Eve's remark reminded me of a TV episode fifteen or twenty years ago where a charming cult leader was getting a little too friendly with some of the ladies. Maybe that is where this is heading.
Little fixes:
'Sorry, excuesme one sec,'
I am sure you meant: excuse me
Noah takes his plate through into the kitchen leaving me sitting on my own at the table.
I would just stick a comma in after the word kitchen. That is because you have a dependent clause there, and people need a break between the independent clause and the dependent one.

Noah knows more than Danielle expected and it doesn't sound good for her if she stays. But now she can't leave Callum behind. He would be in danger, and she finds she cares for him more than she knew.

I wonder if Noah would like to leave and can't or if he is there as a spy. He doesn't fit. Danielle is obviously jealous of Eve. There is nothing like having someone else interested in someone you think you don't care about in that way to make him look a whole lot better. How does everyone know already that Danielle is going out with Oliver?.

It's great to see Danielle being so assertive and determined in this oppressive setting. And she's targeting the right person in Noah because already he's beginning to divulge more information.
(They're) leaning in close together..
All building up nicely to this dinner 'date.' Excellent job, Jacob. Debbie

I love the conflicts of interest going on here, it's like watching Midsommer Murders or an Agatha Christie or Hercule Poirot mystery playing out, somebody knows something, you cleverly cast the doubt as woh killed whom, well done, great post, blessings Roy

We're getting somewhere. Noah knows a lot and he know Oliver is dangerous. I sure hope Danielle pays attention. Is Callum falling for this garbage??
kitchen door the next morning an (the following morning)
I say, taking the empty seat next to him before Oliver can (seat beside him)
I take the seat next to him. 'I hope you're feeling better.' (seat beside him)

Murder, mayhem, and lies spill all over the pages. A great setup chapter for the big bang to come. What a wonderfully written chapter, Best of luck with your book. Have a great day, and God bless.

So, Noah is suggesting that Oliver is responsible for her parents death...now that seems quite plausible to me. He wants to be in control all the time. Good chapter, Jacob. We might be getting somewhere now.
