I had to read chapter one, this explained the story of this family of 4, what era is it? 4 is a huge family these days, do you know the real story of Betty Broderick?

Thank you for the review. I don't remember hearing of Betty Broderick but I looked her up and I can see some similarities. The story which I've based on experiences of a close friend took place in the eighties but I'm making it more recent. About 2010.

Thank you, Wayne. I don't know how far I'll get with this but so far I've written three chapters. I have several other books going so I'll see. I'll try to get the whole book written.

I must say I like Marsha she has a right to challenge her husband, she is more than a piece of property being serviced by trinkets and wealth, and children definitely need a present father, this is a fascinating chapter Beth. Very well written, blessings Roy

You had me hooked on reading this from start to finish.
I did not know it was this particular contests entry till I got to the end.
I felt it had the makings a a good chapter 1 and the ending having the reader want for more.

Hello Beth. Your story held my attention completely. I was riveted to find out which steps she would take to find out what is going on... I did see a few nits... 6th paragraph ~ he'd should be he's. Also, in the paragraph starting "Trenton had done well... compete should be complete. Darn that girl paragraph needs quotation marks. Great job with this chapter!!
