I am fascinated that you were a diplomat. I wish I knew who you were so I could ask more questions. I guess I could still ask them.

You were stationed in Korea you said Seoul. I guess that's pretty near the border with North Korea. I think near the demilitarized zone.

Did you learn the language of South Korea? How close is it to Chinese? That's just fascinating. I hope you'll write another story with some of your experiences. Not judging experiences. I imagine that there are many that you can't disclose because they involve national security
