This ABC poem, Rejuvenation, has the proper MNOPQ-formatting and sends out a vote for the use of meditation to bring the heat down and find Nirvana. ..........

Yes, we all need to destress. These times we live in are challenging at best. This is a well-crafted ABC poetry contest entry. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you Steve. I'm glad you liked the ABC poem. I don't chant or do official yoga but I do like to watch the cloud and let my mind drift.

A calming poem, reminding us of the importance of peaceful meditation for de-stressing and avoiding mental anxiety and worry. The presentation is also excellent, with calming shades supporting theoverall theme. Best wishes for your entry.

I enjoyed the peace and tranquility in your ABC poem Beth. Quiet meditation is underrated and we should practice this more often as the world can sometimes be in too much chaos outside our door, love Dolly x

Your ABCD poem captures a soothing and introspective message effectively.
Strengths:
1. Clear Theme: The poem focuses on finding peace and relaxation amid stress, which is conveyed clearly through the imagery of meditation and decompression.
2. Structured Flow: The use of the ABCD structure is well-executed, with each line contributing to a cohesive message.
3. Calming Imagery: The words "drift," "decompress," and "quiet meditation" create a calming and reflective mood that aligns well with the theme.
Love it!!

Absolutely, Beth. I can totally emphasize with this ABC poem. I have just been through such a period, and I had to take a step back to reconsider and reconcile with my sentiments. You describe it so very well. All the best of luck. Ulla xcx

I guess we all need a little quiet time, but too much of it can drive a person crazy. Well, unless the person is already crazy, and then I don't have a clue where it drive them. :-) Thanks for sharing.

I don't really meditate as such. I just take a break and zone and vegetate until I feel like moving again. Don't pay any attention to what I write.

You are one of the few whose writing and thoughts I pay attention to. :-)

your poem has a clear and relatable message about the need for relaxation and mindfulness in the face of stress and turmoil. The ABC structure is maintained well, with each line progressing smoothly to the next. The language is straightforward and easy to understand, which suits the poem's calming theme. Phrases like "drift and decompress," "overthink," and "peace become my goal" effectively convey the desired state of mind. Good advise for all of us. - Terry
