Hi MariVal,
This is a good poetic view of the water cycle. Yes, rain can be a mirror of God.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Have a great rest of the day and week.

cool 25 words of imagistic thoughtful choices
love the shades of blue - totally fits the theme and mood
one thing i noticed:
the clouds full of rain
that sprinkles <-- since this is referring to the clouds, i think it should be singular...
"the clouds full of rain sprinkle"
if the noun is plural, verb is singular - if the noun is singular, the verb is plural
"the cloud full of rain sprinkles"
other than that, a great loving poem!
thank you for sharing
shelley :)

HI Gypsy, I love the picture of the rain sprinkled tree looking down at the ocean. It is true that "God's face" is in everything we see, as He created the beauty of nature for us to enjoy. Dove

Beautiful presentation and words that capture the mood. I like the tapestry and your expression of what is evaporation of water vapor, rain, which in itself is fascinating and more intricate than meets the eye.
Thanks for sharing.

I enjoyed the way your free verse evolves from the vastness of the ocean to each tiny drop of moisture, representing God's omnipotence in vivid imagery. Well done, Gypsy. Debbie

I agree that everything that God created reflects His fingerprints or as your poem says "His face." And each person reflects His image as that is how God made us. Loved how you took us through the life of a raindrop in this 25 word poem!

I love the strong reverence in this. You connect all the dots and bring the credit to God. This was beautifully crafted and I could visualize each thing and how they merged together. One big happy world. Gretchen
