Fire means energy, but also destruction, and later new life will emerge. When the blaze consumes all in its path, we can only fund a safe place and be amazed at the scene.

Yes, the farmers do burn the fields. I have also heard that a similar situation could happen with the forest lands that could be burning. If it happened the forest fires wouldn't be as dangerous. Thank you for sharing this beautiful poem with us.

This is close to my experience when I visited my uncle on his farm.
Ã?ts an a naming thing how in de a the death of one kind another is born. Such is t h e story that plays over and over. I am sorry, but also reminds me of Christ whose death give us chance for life eternal.
Your words are very compelling, and your depiction of the verses smooth in their translation.
Nice one.

I was thinking about the farms' burnt fields in Spain when I was growing up. It's a nice juxtaposition between farming and life. Thank you very much, my friend. I appreciate your review and kind words.

Very well said, yes, fires (controlled) are needed to burn off so new life can grow, it is quite amazing how life finds its way through the aftermath, beautifully written and presented, best wishes for your contest****kahpot

I thought this was wonderful. Love the imagery of billowing clouds of smoke hovering over charred pastures. That should be so negative. But you turn it into such a message of hope as the landscape is prepared for new growth and life.

Hi, Gypsy.
This looks like a good entry for the contest. Good luck luck with that.!
Volcanoes do the same things that farmers do. Burn things down to get new growth. Some of the most luscious landscapes are within the path of lava flows. Burned to death. But, back for more.
Good job. Thank you for sharing.
