Congrats on the win. this is a very pretty and romantic piece, capped off by the clever use of rhyme to end each stanza, and complemented by the very apt artwork.

Wow, Melissa. Congratulations on winning the contest! I love how all your 9-syllable lines rhyme. That must have taken a lot of work to write. I also didn't realise you could finish a verse in the middle of a sentence like that. It's not something I would ever have thought of.
