Thank you for sharing this poem with us. Yes, the Mediterranean Sea is beautiful. I was able to experience from Barcelona and from Malaga after my classes were finished in Salamanca. I had a great time. Thank you for bringing this memory back.

How evocative this is! As always, beautifully presented. The theme is not only personal but universal. I think many who are displaced from their homeland have similar yearnings. I know I do. The deep end of one's soul. How true.
