Another fine poem, Gypsy----and love as viewed through the positive, up guy, as opposed to me, the negative jerk weed who wants to see love this way, but he's been flayed, cooked, and tossed out with yesterday's garbage!

other than that, it was a smooth flow of love through this tanka

This Tanka flows very well and it's very romantic. It sounds like they are writing to each other back and forth. When people are love, poetries flow out of them. I had this kind of experience a long time ago. I actually wrote a short story.

It's a beautiful thing when a couple find that they were perfectly suited for one another and can see that God made each one for the other. I especially liked "your sweet words are carved in my soul--" Almost sounds like another love poem to God, too!
