Yes good question - we are all so busy in our lives, especially our young generations - no time to read - just to click - plus what we read must be oh so cool!! Thanks for sharing.

For a long time in my life, The Bible stood in the same bookcase spot, till God opened my eyes.

Thank you very much for not only a challenging Haiku but a YouTube hymn which I did not know - and was delighted to learn.
It is a disgrace in this country (the UK) that when we have erudite quizzes on the TV, the subject of the Bible and religion in general is clearly not known! This was not so in the 1950s and 60s, when the Billy Graham Crusades were having such an enormous impact on Britain. There is a resurgence of 'Religious Studies' as an academic subject here, but still, Bible knowledge is lamentable.
From your poem today, even with its much higher churchgoing, the US seems to be going the same way. Without the wisdom of the Word and the Spirit, we are all desperately weakened as nations and individuals.
Thank you for your salutary poem.

Thank you for writing. I am nothing without The Lord, and should magnify Him more in my writings. It always feels worthwhile when I write about God's Word, even if I am its only reviewer.
-
You won't be its only reviewer Jim. Before I go I will send you ALL my worship songs.
Beast wishes, Paul
