I loved the first verse , it is so so true .How else would we describe the loss of time?
The poem has a rare sensitivity .I have read some of the other poems too.Santha.

Hi Pam,
It was very thoughtful of you to create this book for Judiverse. It's nice when people here pull together as a family.
Your poem seems very comforting and beautifully penned.
I'll check out the others.
Take care,

Excellent poem about death and life after in heaven. I read many poems for Judiverse. Poor thing, loosing someone we love is so hard. You had a good idea creating this book. I'm sure Judi will appreciate it very much.
The free verse forced flows well.
the structure makes sense, it draws on emotions and it presents strong images.

As the years go by, bringing us closer to the end of this system of things. As God's angels of judgement and punishment flex their wings. the await the day when judgement will be executed on an unrepentant population. Those who love and obey God will be vindicated and will enjoy a loving reunion of those who have preceded us in death. Thus the tide will be reversed and it will return to us those we currently mourn.

Hello Pam,
A beautiful poem and a wonderful idea to post a book for Judiverse
in these difficult times when her partner for so many years has died.
I love the opening lines:
"It seems like time passes
Through our fingers
Like finest grains of sand"
And the perfect closing stanza:
"We'll feel that love
When once again
The waves will kiss
the golden shore
once more..."
Marvelous picture and coloring.
Best wishes.

Nicely done and congrats on the recognition. Words flow with wonderful movement just as if one were listening to the ocean waves 'kissing' the shore with softness. Very good.
