There are lots of valid points on your list that I don't do starting of with : get proper rest.
It's 3.00 am here , I woke up and took a peek at fanstory.
After my father died in 2017, I have become very disorganised.
I eat when I'm hungry and don't really look after myself. Two other points in your poem.
I don't believe much in myself , have always doubted my inner strength.
I don't know any Hymns and though I do believe , cherish and speak to God , I haven't recited an Our Father or a Holy Mary since I finished school. ( sigh).
And to think my mamma s motto was : there is nothing too hard that I can't do, she always finished what she began.
She was very successful in life despite she was 5 when WW2 started in The Hague Holland.
She deserved a better daughter.

Good job following the acrostic format. This would make a good poster or sign to keep on a wall for inspiration. I got tripped up by the "I" line though because the word instead is used twice. Perhaps "In place of yelling, try to be calm instead". Just a thought.
