I liked this so much, I showed my husband. He said it sounded really interesting. He liked the style of your writing. It's in pieces, scattered, pointed and reverent too. That's how passion is...all encompassing, trying to make others understand what you are passionate about. Well done:) There is no better subject to write about:)

Thanks Tina.
Many years ago after the loss of my son then filed 8 months later with the suicide of my wife Carolyn.
For two and a half years each morning I woke up?
I cursed Jesus the Christ!

I Love talking about the life of Jesus Christ, especially his role as a wonder teacher who taught with authority as you write,
"teacher with clCompassion who touched All.
With His Own Special Fashion"
I think the keyboard added something on this word "clCompassion" Thanks for writing and sharing about the life and death of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Success

I thank you my dear for stopping by and giving me your thoughts on my piece.
Yes, which of course were wonderful?
And, yes, there was a small grammar error which is corrected now.

Never mind, I do several of them myself.

The picture is certainly very suitable to the poem. The yellow lettering on black is easy to read and probably the best two colors. It is always hard to bring Christ crucified to mind however the poem does speak of crisis and victory.

I've always loved the manger song as a child.
And I also enjoy very much writing about Christ!
Thanks for your time and for sharing Modee!

Wow, you managed to cover quite a lot in these various poems. It was like a combination of poems in one big story of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you for using your gift of writing to give praise to our Lord.

Why when I comes to being blessed and abilities to be gifted and various different ways?
Yes, He truly has given to me so much more than I get back!
Thanks for reviewing and sharing!

Comment from Mary Kay Bonfante
Yes, when Jesus was just a baby, Mary received the prophecy, "And a sword shall pierce your own soul, also."
How could it not? To watch her own son die like that, had to be so horribly painful. And yet, He arose from that grave, three days later, the stone rolled away!
"God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself," indeed. It hurt God the Father, to see His Son so badly used. And yet it pleased the Father "to make His soul an offering for sin," for our sakes.
That's a very powerful work of art, very realistic -- but so hard to imagine, being on the other end of the arm, with the hand being nailed to the wood -- such a cruel instrument of death -- such terrible agony.
As a recently created song says so beautifully, "Praise forever to the King of Kings!"
Thank you for this heartfelt poem, Doc Ricky.
