I learned to keep my sanity I must not live in the past but I must move forward every day or I will bury my self in grief. I just have to keep going and look on the bright side of things.

Ricky, my heart cries out to you in your pain. You have suffered more than most folks ever will. Suicide is not the way even though it seems like the best way out sometimes. I considered it myself a few times after I lost my last and only son. I lost 3 altogether. One lived 3 days, one 2 months, and my last son was 16. Your writing always reaches out and touches my heart.

I think you for your concerns.
It's really okay for me it's been over 18 years and I've learned to deal with it and live with it.
Our loved ones want us to move forward not live in the past but also not forget them.
