Ciao mystery poet,
You now have 5 votes!
I read your entry yesterday on the contest page and I knew then I would vote it.
Your poem reminded me of Message in the Bottle of the Police.
It feels very adventurous to entrust one s fate to the sea.
The oldest message in a bottle found was in 2018 innWestern Australia .. it was 132 years old.

A great image and presentation, and the third line is excellent, as one never knows what the message will contain or into whose hands it will arrive. Best wishes for your entry.

Your piece says so much on many different levels. It reflects life overall, we all have the power to contribute and sometimes change an outcome by mere friendship. I really enjoyed reading this piece.

Very clever! Meets the requirements perfectly. Love that the picture adds to the feel of the poem so nicely. The question of whose life will be changed by finding the bottle does intrigue the reader. Great job and good luck!

This 3-7-5, Message in a Bottle, has the right set up and looks forward to communicating something important that may be the watershed point in someone's life.

Good play on words in your satori.
Your poem is short, succinct and descriptive. Good syllables count and connection between lines. Good imagery.

It's an interesting question these days - wonder do people still write messages in a bottle, in our electronic age - it has such an air of mystique though, well evoked here.

Ahh the mysterious message in a bottle. I've always loved the intrigue therein. What's it going to say? If it a call for help? Directions to a wealth of treasure? Either way a life will be changed for the bottle opener.
Great little poem, although few words, it's very coherent

Maybe that busted prop on a passing boat that hits the bottle? LOL. I once read of someone finding a love note and an address left for a cousin 22 years before. But I'm sorry, there wasn't a happy ending. Thanks for sharing.

Enthralling poem with a bit of mystery. Chance and the sea are always great metaphors. A wonderful entry for the upcoming contest, mystery poet. I wish you all the best,
