VERY cute. We cant say much so there isn't much to read. Yours is a cute one. I find there are so many cats in a city and its because no one cares for them. I thank you for sharing.

Poor little feral kitty. When you take her home she'll hiss at you and swat at you. Once you feed her a few times and she figures it out, she'll be sitting on your lap purring in her sleep. Good luck with the contest.

I'm a bit biased towards cat poetry, cat stories, cat anything... this made me smile for sure, even a little giggle at the end! The artwork is perfect. So simple yet it tells us a lot about the urban cat lifestyle.

What a stunning picture, and your poem puts an interesting slant on it! We had a litter of feral kittens born in a box in our potting shed a few years ago. They looked very much like this one, and I was sorely tempted to adopt them. Fortunately, their mother had different ideas and removed them overnight to a safer haven.

Yes! Do take her home and show her some love. Looking at that pleading, scared little face makes me want to take her home myself. You've used rhyming effectively here.

They're not only in the city. We live next to a farm, and they are everywhere. What a wonderfully written poem.
Good luck in the contest!
Have a great day, and God bless.
