This is an excellent topic. Vitamin D is needed for our bones and not getting out in the Sun is starving our bodies. But the ones we must watch are the children who need to grow. I wonder if many parents have thought of that and are giving them supplements. Thanks for this.

I am not at all clear about this. Perhaps it is me, but did you mean it cannot beget poor young things. As it is written at the moment it makes no sense - at least not to me. The tenses seem all mixed up.
