There is much i enjoyed in this posting: the alliterative lead-in line, the arty illustration, and the colourful layout... but of course it is your poem's words that are the heart of it, and i especially connected with these 2:

I agree - the ability to see, and more, to express in interesting, beautiful or passionate ways the everyday life experiences that is the insight needed. And it all can be captured in a very short poem. Well done. Creative way to deal with the topic.
