Avery good imaginary poem. I like all the imaginations and am sure all children will like them too.

I like the picture. It is real. You know hat I mean. Reading in the loo.

I like the ending... "As consolation Mum has bought me
A little yellow canary, It is something I can feel and touch
Which means Beeda was imaginary." You got pet.

Oh this is so cute and I think excellent for the children's rhyme poem. The picture was captivating and your poem told an adorable story. Good luck in the contest

A delightful poetic description of that 'imaginary' friend in a little child's world and their dawning realisation as that 'friend' gradually fades away from their world

Thanks for your review. The poem is actually about an imaginary friend my brother had. I sometimes wonder whether it did fade away!!

Good entry for the contest. Rhymes well and easy and fun to read. It is quite common for children to have an imaginary friend at some point in their lives, but usually outgrow it.

A cute poem. When we were little my brother had an imaginary friend. There was a friendly lion (that was his name and for some reason, he lived in the basement.) Whenever he got in trouble he would blame it on his invisible friends, Pixie and Dixie. Children are so cute with their imaginary friends.

Hi mystery write

I have given you four stars because you have not followed the rules: your poem should rhyme.
Saying that your poem is imaginative and beautifully worded.
If you change it let me know and I would be happy to have another look.
Take care, Pete

Thanks for your comments. I think you'll find the poem has an ABCB rhyme scheme

If that is the case then my ignorant other needs to say sorry: sorry.
    Will change the rating.

I think children would like this poem. I can visualize my grandson listening to it with a smile. It is well written, well rhymed, and just very well done.

Thanks for your review. The poem is actually based on truth, my brother apparently had an imaginary friend named Beeda who did live in the toilet.
