I am touched by this poem for many reasons. For one, I had no idea that JoanE passed away until reading your poem. I am rarely on the site, so somehow I miss it. I am disheartened because we (Joa E and I) recently became fans of each work. I enjoyed my brief relationship with her.
As for your poem, it is beautifully written, capturing the essence of JoanE as I come to know her. Your last two lines pulled strongly at my heartstrings. May she rest in peace.
