Good chapter, Barbara. I enjoy reading these chapters on the weekend.

I'm assuming this is Anna speaking, but you don't really say:
"Earlier this evening air was let out of my tire and a threatening note was left on my windshield. An officer came and took my statement. There's got to be something you can do." She adjusted Michael on her lap.

Bobbie isn't going to stop until I'm dead(,) and the police won't do anything until he kills me
Remember(,) Bobby's in jail."

As we moved along the story made movement but nothing new or earth shaking. Can't be drama one hundred per cent of the time. We' ll see next chapter
