What a fun piece this is and just a joyful escape from the seriousness of life. The obvious camaraderie between female friends just lifts the spirit. I liked the fact that this just flows so easily off the lips. Excellent choice of artwork, as well.

So this is the happy one you alluded to; thank you so much for immortalizing me and many of my FanStory friends in your song. Yes, you had me smiling from the beginning, even before I realized it was about US Girls! At the beginning, I saw some parallels with "I'm Gonna Wash that Man Write Out of My Hair," which were neat. You managed to sneak in a little seriousness (but I won't tell Shirley) about the "sticks and stones, finding bones," which I admired too. I'm sure you had fun writing these lyrics and I'm still chortling.

What would this world be if we couldn't bend the rules sometimes and just break loose and have some fun. This little ditty is just that - a blast at a good time. The girls are busting loose and having a "wing-ding". They must be heading to Vegas where what happens there will stay there. Go for it!

I enjoyed it! Thanks for writing. It did put a smile on my face. When I was younger, my mother and step-grandmother cleaned newly built homes before they went on the market. I and my siblings helped out from time to time, just us gals. We had a lot of fun.
