God doesn't always give us just what we want. He gives us what is best. What we want isn't always whats good for us. He knows all things and provides just what we need.

A great write on how God cares for each and everyone of us.We can make the most full proof plans and be so confident in succeeding but if God does not wills it, we will still fail in our attempt.I agree with everything mentioned in this poem.A great read.

That's how it is. The Lord knows what we need and what we want and He knows the difference. Sometimes when we ask for something we would like to have, He makes sure we get it. But, sometimes when we ask for something we want but the Lord knows we honestly need to pay the mortgage. He makes sure we work enough days to pay it but he still answered our
request for what we asked for, He just said, "Not today."

I know you said you are using worth as a verb, but I wasn't sure how that fit it into the sentence?
I wanted to read ... when He decides that would be worth my living OR when He decides that would be worthwhile for my living.
Ah, well. I'm sure you know more about how you're using the word than I do.

I was just reading this morning - God gives us the desires of our hearts - but He places the desire in our heart - and only as we stay close to Him, seek His will, then He answers our prayers - in His time. A blessings.

1, Is it really A 3 Line Poem?
2, God never asks us for COMPLETE SURRENDER to anybody, not to even Himself.
On the contrary, " God helps those who help themselves." It's an old saying, but still holds water.
Its implication is that God has equipped us with mind and heart to make their proper use with FULL FAITH in Him, and He is always near / within us to help, support, and guide.
I hope you won't mind. It's my opinion.
I need satisfactory clarification, and as usual, you deserve to be honored with SIX Stars.
