Another well written ode to Brooke. She seems to inspire beautiful words and phrases left and right. Thank you for sharing this poem. I've been enjoying the dandelion theme making its way through the hollowed halls of this site. This is another lovely addition.

Visionary1234, this is a stunning and moving sonnet in Brooke's honor. It's sentiment well understood by each and every one of us, knowing tomorrow brings no promises.
Your execution of this form is accomplished. I find sonnets intimidating, truly. Great enjambment lines to enhance the flow of this beautiful work..

Yet a another loving a supportive poem for Brooke. A fitting tribute to one who spent so much time and loving patience giving her all. Hoping that she will be able to return if only for a while to read these missives and to smile

This is a sophisticated sonnet as well as being beautiful. I am sure Brooke would loveit. The progression through the stanzas is masterful with fascinating enjambement, even unto the final couplet.
The sentiments expressed in that final couplet, of pure joy are really great. Have a great dance.

I agree, nothing is ever secure in life, things can change so fast, we should live every moment to the fullest. Lovely imagery and rhyming to convey your sincere thoughts, dedicated to a friend of all on this site. We all wish her well. Good luck in the contest. Faye
