There are a lot of things about POV in the author notes. Point of view is normally used in story telling not essays or rarely commentaries.
After reading this I think it is important to use wise words.
Thank you for the $1.50.

This is very apt and fitting in the world today. It seems that we are constantly living in the shadow of war. The governments of the day are too quick to declare war. I am happy to see that Barak Obama is choosing his words wisely when dealing with Syria. He has learned his lesson from his predecessor.

Yes, language is the basis by which we formulate our cultures, laws, religions etc. It is how we relate. It is no wonder that a world of many cultures a sub-cultures within one language has problems.
I like your clarifications in your author notes. Deeply considered.

If only it was that easy.
It sound like a fairy tale...a wonderful, wonderful fairy
tale.
There was no one more peaceful than Jesus Christ and yet man hated Him and are still at war becuase of His peaceful message.
There shall be no peace until He returns.
And to God be all the glory
Nice try though, litt.
Have most peaceful day, my friend.

MY POINT OF VIEW IS THAT WASHINGTON IS IN A QUANDARY OF WHAT IT SAYS TO KEEP THE PEACE HERE AT HOME AND ABROAD. THERE IS A REMEDY IF WE ALL WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM JUST SAYING

courtesy costs nothing but buys everything - that is a really good clear sentence that conveys an insightful point.
This is definitely the clearest essay you have written that I have read. I have no problem at all giving this a 5 and telling you I agree with your message! Brooke :-)

Very strong, definitive and profound words to describe the chosen few that adhere to the wisdom and advice given.
Sometimes the veracity of such percepts are hard to swallow when some hate to admit their wrong.

Wow, there was a lot of word repetition in this piece with "using words wisely," but I'm sure that was the point you were trying to hammer into our heads, along with the fact this was a contest. Overall, there's a lot of common sense built into your essay, so I'm giving it a thumbs up.

You have effectively used so few words with a powerful impact. You came across in an intelligent way. Every point you made you backed it up with good and solid reasoning. Nicely done.
