Those two verses came easier to me than the others too. Go figure! I just hoped to lift a few spirits today with this silly song.

Carol this is absolutely fab. From the first stanza I got the melody of "Gonna wash that man right out of my hair" from Progy & Bess...LOL. This was great, so well thought out and structure. Great meter that let this dance right off the page..you go girl.. Lora

I'll keep the smile and pass one on.. I do hope you know that I meant "Porgy & Bess" I'm doing a lot of transposing these last couple of days.. and I think also I'm do a new keyboard, finding that keys are starting to stick which leaves funny spellings for words..hahaha.. L

This is a very well written fun poem/song. There is a good rhythmn to it, making it an easy read. There is very good imagery and descriptive scheme.
