This is a nicely written and well illustrated poem. I also liked your notes at the end. They help the reader understand your work and provide an interesting tidbit of information.

This poem has a lovely symmetry to it - very enjoyable. The rhythm of it is great, and I particularly like the starting and finishing with the same word - very emphatic. Well done. :)

I'm already writing it!! Inspired...although I've never written anything but doggerel and free verse! Should be interesting. :) Thanks for setting up the contest, Sue.
