Sandra, thanks for sharing this well written poem with educational information about Iguanas. They are definitely interesting creatures. They appear like a miniature dinosaur with that tail that can thrash around.

I thought that when I looked at all the pictures. Some even reminded me of crocodiles. Thank you for reading letter, I, Bill. I do appreciate it. Have lovely day. :) Sandra x

BRAVO!!
Well done. I'm signing up as a fan. When does the book come out? (Maybe you could do 3 books featuring 8 letters/animals in each? The perfect "cliffhanger"....)
Some things I especially liked:
No condescension. Pitched at a great level. A bright pre-schooler would "get" this--and so would Grandpa.
The language draws you In to interesting info and Up toward greater understanding of the material.
Loved the whimsy of the drawing/painting. More like that!
The motivation is clear, as is the sense of caring not just for Eric, but for the world he is growing into. Thank you for doing this.

What an amazing review, thank you so much. I really appreciated you saying it is written in a way that even Grandpa would enjoy it. Children don't like to be talked down to, so I was pleased you said I wasn't.
Thank you so very much for the six stars, my new friend, and I'll be so honoured to have you fan me.
I have a way to go yet before I think of the publishers, :)) but I'll be talking to my grandson's head teacher about this one. He has my other books for the children, so I'm hoping he'll like this one.
Thank you again. You've quite made my day. :)) Sandra

Your iguana poem is delightful and well-written. The prose comments are vividly descriptive, informative, and amazing. The third eye and the regenerative tail are examples of facts that stood out to me.
