I am stunned to read this about Luna. A beautiful tribute to a lovely woman whose heart left with her son's passing, but her muse survived to express the most beautiful poetry in dedication to her son, Mickey.

I am too - I am still in shock, I think. We only knew each other a short time, but we hit it off immediately. She called me - we spent a lot of time on the phone. (You know what we had in common.) Then I read in the forum she took a fall, and went to the hospital to be checked out for concussion, only to find out she had pneumonia! I found THAT out when we gabbed online, so then we arranged it, and I called her at the hospital. I just talked to her last week! I've been watching her page for to come back. The second time I called the hospital, her doctor had warned her to rest, to not be on the phone, so I never called back, waiting for her to come back.

I am so sad, Mary. She was so wonderful! A lovely new friend I wanted to meet in person. I'm heartbroken...

Shocking, but we must keep in mind the reunion she is having with her dear Mickey.

Yes. Thank you. I'm sorry too...I know you knew her too. She will be sorely missed, even in the short time she was able to come back to Fanstory...

Thank you, Bill. We hit if off immediately, talked a long time on the phone several times. I'm still in shock, I think - I just talked to her in the hospital last week! She'd taken a fall, and went to have her head checked for concussion, only to find out she had pneumonia.
I'm glad you think this is a good tribute - she was the sweetest person!

Her most recent poems about her son are missing...all her poetry was dedicated to Mickey. I just checked, and I can't find the one that tells the story of how he died...I'm going over to FB right now to see if it is there. I can't remember if I shared it, but if it is there, I will, then tell you how to find my page.

Oh Dip, we barely met - just a few short weeks ago, yet we already talked on the phone several times. She was so heartbroken over her son, and I think because we had that in common, it made an instant connection for us. I am going to miss my new friend terribly. Thank you for sating you think she would like this tribute. It means a lot.
