A poem that would take some concentrated reading to get to the bottom. I do like the format and the general message. The language is well measured and the words succinct.

Wow Roy a compelling poem of questioning ones path in life
I really enjoyed the expert meter and rhyme as this flowed nicely while reading it

True. He made us. There are no mistakes. We can be encouraged and know that it is only what He thinks of us which matters in the end. We just need to focus on pleasing Him. I enjoyed this thoughtful, meditative piece. Our times are in His hand, we do not need to have cares or worries about our duration on this earth, no matter how winding and twisting the paths. Thanks for making me reflect on this lovely poem.

This was a thoughtful poem. My favorite lines were: While as a child I'm reconciled
all innocence is undefiled.
It helps point out that we as mortals are never as smart as we think we are, such as this line says: This maze, my mind, this shallow sea,/will never know how grows a tree.
I like the emphasis on deciding there is more to life than 'this earth-bound cloak' because of the possibility of divine wisdom.
