Oh, Sandra, you have done so very well. I can understand if it was a hard chapter to write. So much research to be done. I've certainly learned a great deal. Here in Spain, as you probably know, they are considered a delicacy. I love them as well. But now you say they may be endangered. Hmm!

Thank you, dear Ulla! I've changed it to what you've suggested. It's funny, something always gets picked up. I had already changed it to, ...stay on us... but what you suggested was correct. I read it out to Graham and we both agreed with you. Thank you!! I've never tried them, I suppose it's because I tried sushi once and hated it. It is an aquired taste, lol. After reading this I wonder what science will come up with toward something of value toward long life for humans.
We use sponges, and several other spices for various things.
