I'd like to see some of the things she "had to say". The message is important, fear needs to be reasoned away, intimidation, bullying is not acceptable. I'd like to see the dog learn a lesson as well!

Well - you have 209 words. The maximum is 300. I just would like to see a bit more story-telling, a fleshing out of the character a bit ... You are on the right track! :)
