This thought-provoking piece really speaks to me--makes me think of how, as a young woman, I lived life at such a frenetic pace, I had little time to reminisce. Now that I have some age on me, nostalgia is my friend--just as described in your fine haibun!

This is an excellent poem that reads so well. I like the form and found it a joy to read. Your thoughts and words are excellent. You capture the reader through out. I like the images and the close of your words in the last lines.

The words compliment the photo well. The writer does a good job of tapping into the mind of the reader. The writers passion is felt as the writer delivers a true and passionate message.
