A fine offering of how we can be blind to good things around us when consumed with our own insecurities.I loved every line here and especially the one where the passing child kissed the dreadful man. good work? Oh yes.

Tears!! I enjoyed this read as we sometimes do the man in this poem is asking God to speak to him and when he does speak he doesnt hear him. What a very powerful and expressive piece. You did a great job with this.Well said. Deorre
