Hi Begin Again,
I agree with you, I liked your poem very much,
I believe in angels, but I also know the angels that are living amongst us are in fact our children and need our love and protection at all cost,
Thank you for sharing your poem,
Kind regards

A lovely entry for the contest, Carol. Great photo too. What a smile!
This is one of the purest loves there is---a mother's love.
And I know, from your stories, how deep, unwavering, precious and self-sacrificing your love for him is.
Blessings,
rama devi

I was feeling real low because another tragedy knocked at our family's door the other day and then this contest popped up. Maybe it was Micheal's way to helping his Mom. I am overwhelmed this morning by all the responses and the stars are twinkling everywhere. I truly have found a lot of friends on FanStory. Thanks you very very much. Smiling through tears of joy, Carol

His smile is beautiful and your poem is a wonderful and loving tribute to such a loving son. You chose your words well. Short poems challenge the writer to say so much with so little. Yours spoke volumes. Thank you for sharing this loving part of your life.

I know He is still a joyous memory to you. I was looking at a song yesterday that I wrote called memories, I was surprised at how suddenly and fresh were the tears, ending though in happiness for her. The last night before my daughter left, she called out three times, I love you. This is in my song. Ending in happiness for her, though. We will have a joyous reunion!!! Next week, I am going to release a story called, a Window in Heaven, from a child. It is not written for the stars or praise, but truly for folks like us. See the emotions and thoughts your poem caused:) Love Jean
