You are a great writer and effectively kept my attention throughout. I know you say you aren't necessarily looking for sympathy, but I can't help but feel it. I am so sorry you lost all three of your boys, and I do pray you see them again one day, by God's grace. On the other hand, I admire your quiet strength. Sending love and blessings your way.

Thank you. I can't say it was easy to continue living this life without my sons, especially after my sixteen-year-old son, Roy, was killed in a hunting accident. I thought the grief might kill me, and I didn't care. I think the extremely busy life on the farm was all that kept me going. In recent years, I learned a releasing method that helped me 100%.

Oh my goodness you have been through it. That is a lot of tragedy to have endured. I'm sure it has made you strong.
I have to admit that this line gave me a belly laugh:
Also, I own a fourteen-year-old car with low mileage, and if I keep replacing parts, it will qualify as a new car before too long.
I wish you lived close. I'd bring my children over tomorrow. See how long you can handle those two monkeys. (Ryker is 10 and Addie is 9). They are great kids, just high energy.
This is a great entry for nailing exactly what the prompt is asking. It shall have for vote, for what that's worth.
You will see your boys again. I know that 110% because during a great lack of faith I begged God to bring a man back to life right after he passed. To show me His greatness, he didn't. He waited a day then brought the man back to life. I have shared this story with very few. Only a couple who I thought it may comfort. There is an afterlife my friend. You will be righted in the end.
Have a great week.

Thank you, and thanks for the six stars. That thing I said about the car is true. I bought the car in 2008 and seldom drove it except to go to town. We had the farm, and I mostly drove the truck. Even though the car is fourteen years old, it only has one hundred and twenty-eight miles on it. I kept it inside, so there is no rust either. I did have to replace the wheel bearings and two calipers a couple of years ago, and this year, my climate control quit working, and I had to get it repaired. Like I said, It should be a new car soon. Thank you for sharing your story; it made me feel better about the possibility of seeing my sons again.
