I do not know what happened but that is ok....with that being said oh my goodness what a friend you are! Your poem is so sweet. It doesn't sugar coat life but instead offers sympathy and support. It is a heartfelt pen or it wouldn't have brought tears to my eyes. You're a fantastic writer and friend. Cherish

You did an awesome job, Debi, with your poem for Judi.
Your words were special and straight from your heart. As
I read it, I could imagine you saying it to her face to face
like two who have been friends for a long time. I liked how
you included her name within the lines. Your words offered
her comfort in the knowledge others understood and would
be there for her at any time. Your color scheme and image
worked well. The rhymes and smooth flow added to the way
one read your words. I know the sincerity from which you
spoke, Debi.

I'm sure this entry into the book of thoughts, poems, and prayers for Judi will be comforting to her as she mourns the loss of her husband of sixty years, Dick. You've spoken for many of us. I agree with all you wrote and even more. As someone who has suffered a similar loss, there are no words sufficiently appropriate to ease the pain. It helps a little bit to just know that there are those who truly care and sympathize.

Your poem is like shoulder to lean on in tough times. It's important to be there for friends when they go through loss like this, it's important to make sure that friend hears that from you as well. It's a feeling you can take to heart, it takes up a little of the space created when that loved one leaves us. estory

Thank you for sharing this hope with Judy. I have been a friend of Judy, I just looked it up. She joined in 2011. I joined in 2008. I'm pretty sure, we've been friends for probably around 12 years. I am praying for God's comforting touch.
