You list some rather interesting communication skills but, I notice, you always seem to lose. She was a very good negotiator; she apparently won most of the time. Obviously being a great cook and having other skills was her trump card.

Thank you for sharing this. We happen to have a barf bag. His name is A.J. A.J. barfs on a regular basis for not apparent or medical reason. He just likes doing it. Now, when he was a kitten, I was always the one who cleaned up his barf and any other interesting thing that happened in the house when raising four boys. But, then comes along breast cancer and the vomiting that accompanies it. I can no longer clean up interesting messes or I will be vomiting. The interesting fact that happened, my vomit reflex still happens, years after chemo. For real it's not made up. I am an early riser; my husband is not. So, when I wake up to interesting messes, I do clean them up and make a fast trip to the nearest trash can or toilet, whichever is closest. When my husband is up, he graciously cleans up the mess.

Barbara, thank you for reading. I am glad you are okay now. It sounds like you all have it figured out; you don't need to negotiate. Terry.
