Oh, I knew it was coming, but just didn't know when. Grant bitten by the bug. Now, I just have to wonder if Tania will fall under the same spell. A foolish romantic at my age... don't tell anyone. You'll spoil my image. Thanks for sharing.

Lol, Of course it was! And I've always known you are a romantic, Ric, bless you, but I will keep your secret. :)) Thank you so much for another of your wonderful reviews and for the six stars. You are the best, my dear friend. Lots of love and warm hugs, Sandra xxx

It looks as though you are about to have the same sort of problem that is waiting for me.
This appears to be moving to the end of the story but if it is a full length novel it can't be. It is far too soon and somehow you have to stir the excitement up again. I wonder how you will do that. With my lot getting closer to a solution over Hettie's death where and how am I going to next?
A few years ago when a friend was in hospital I found that flowers were no longer permitted on the wards. Was that only Wales? Was it only on the stroke wards? I don't know the answer but it might be worth your while finding out. A quick call to a hospital should do it. I would hate for you to be out of date. The disappointment on being turned away would make for an interesting sequence.

Thank you so much for the lovely six stars, Jim, and the lovely review. There is a bit more coming. I've got the next two chapters ready to go, and then I need another 12,000 words to end the book. This is going to be around the 60,000.
I should have remembered about the flowers, I couldn't take any up to my mum when she was in hospital. I suppose it's the same in private hospitals? I'll check on that, but if not, I thought your idea about being turned away would be a good idea.
I'm looking forward to finding out more about Hettie's death.... and where you will go from there. Thanks again, Jim! :)) Sandra xx

Apparently, under 70,000 words is classed as a novella.

Yes, that's right. I've been looking up some publishers, and have had some pretty awful feedback. If you're around for a chat this week? Perhaps we can talk about it. Let me know when you have time.
