A splendid poem introducing these fascinating facts, I imagine Eric will spend a great deal of time flicking his tongue in and out trying to beat .07 seconds. Congratulations to Graham on a fine picture accompaniment. F is for Fantastic!

I worked with autistic children for many years as a special needs assistant,so know how challenging it can be for child and parent alike. It's a cute poem ( I will read it to my four year old grandson ). I like that you have also put some 'fun' facts in as well, making it educational but in a way that's geared to a young audience.

This is so lovely...
I worked with autistic children for many years as a special needs assistant,so know how challenging it can be for child and parent alike. It's a cute poem ( I will read it to my four year old grandson ). I like that you have also put some 'fun' facts in as well, making it educational but in a way that's geared to a young audience.

Thank you so much, Valerie. Your review was what I was hoping to read when you said it was educationally geared to a younger audience. I do try to keep it fun and not too technical so as not to bore them. My grandson is border-line autistic, and dyslexic, and he does struggle. It was his idea that I write him some books, which was so encouraging. That started my 'Eric's Epic Adventures'. I can't stop writing for him now!! lol. So far as this 'F' letter is concerned, you have transparently presented it through Frog's different characteristics and activities.

Hurray for the frogs! I loved the description with some things I didn't know and enjoyed the children's rhyme.
I have at least five frogs in my little pond in the garden. They sit on the big floating leaves of the lilypad or the small rocky statue in the middle of the pond. Every late afternoon they give a croaky concert, as a sign of spring.

Aw, thank you so much for the six stars, Marjon. I can just picture your frogs on the lily-pad. We have a pond with fish in, and a header pond that flows into the main pond, the smaller one is for the birds, they love to bathe in it. The blackbird is the best at washing, but so much water splashes out, Graham has to top it up every other day. But it's lovely to watch them. I'd love to hear the croaky concert! lol Thanks again, my friend, and have a lovely day. :)) Sandra xx
