A-w-w-wwww...
There's nothing on Earth more precious than the laughter of a baby.
As new parents we too are on a learning curve, and one can learn a lot abut life by observing the ways in which children interact with other kids and the world around them.
They have yet learned how to hate, or form prejudices.
They know no arrogance, greed or self-righteous aggrandizing.
They are simply themselves.
Well penned, Anonymous Poet.
Best of luck to you in the contest.

Actually I learned my youngest child and only daughter might be expecting.
I've yet to be a grandfather but I'm looking forward to it.
We can spoil our grand kids then give them back to their parents, heh-heh.
You're very welcome.

Ahhhh! Yes, the ultimate luxury! I told this to another reviewer tonight, too: I've heard that grandchildren are the reward for not having killed our own children when they were teenagers.

Dear Rachelle,
You excellent Faith Haiku is a well-written testimony to a child's magnificent development and a mother's wonderment at this feat. It could not have been written better!
My best,
Deborah

This was a great read, unknown writer. You said so much in this piece. The poem was very powerful, and I think you really encompassed being a proud parent. Great job and good luck in the contest.

This 5-7-5, A Mother's Prayer of Gratitude, has the right set up and jives with how I feel when I see my grandchildren perform new miracles each day.

Took me a minute to recall the name of the thing the kid is beating...that favorite of alphabet acrostics, the xylophone...yes, realizing that the little guy started as mommy's menu through an umbilical cord says a lot about nature...excellent post

I can find nothing here that needs to change.
First and foremost, correct in format to prompt.
The intended message is clearly presented.
The artwork is well enhancing.
A promising contest entry, well crafted overall.

I love the photo you choose to go with your poem,
It is a perfect match.
Yesterday my great grand daughter gave me a vist
since the family moved I don;'t see her much.
I watch he play then dance for me .
I praise God this angel is in my life.
thank you for sharing.

A very well-written 5-7-5 poem about finding and seeing God in the little things around us help us to make our faith stronger and teach us to be grateful for every small thing in our lives.
